素敵なご縁をいただきました！

突然のご報告になりますが、ついに物件が決まりそうです。

物件探しを続けていた僕らに、先日素敵なご縁がありました。

物件の場所は、札幌市豊平区。
東西線「菊水駅」、東豊線「学園前駅」からいずれも徒歩10分圏内。かつ中心部すすきのからも徒歩圏内という立地です。

この古民家物件・・・
オーナー様のご家族が、趣味で集められていた骨董品の数々がそのまま残されていて、ご好意でそれらをお借りすることができそうです。

つまり、僕たちの腕次第では、札幌初の純和風な骨董品＋畳ゲストハウス（仮）などが実現できるかもしれません！

これから、本格的に建築士さんや保健所とのやりとりを通して、話しを進めていきます。

本当にこの物件でゲストハウスができるのか、まだまだ未知数の部分が多いですが6月の改築目指して頑張ります！

Finally, we have found the perfect building for our backpacker's hostel.

We are very glad to have a chance like this.

The building is at Toyohira-ku, Sapporo.

It takes about 10minutes from Kikusui station (Tozai line) and Gakuen-mae (Toho line) station. Also it is within walking distance from Susukino (the famous red-light district in Japan) .

One of the very interesting points about this building are that variety of Japanese antiques are remained.

If we use them, we will be able to create the first Japanese antiques and Tatami mat used backpacker's hostel in sapporo. 

We are not sure about whether this building is suitable for backpacker's hostel, but we're going to try to start DIY until this June.
